A structured, collaborative art experience for early learning environments
This program brings a professionally facilitated, process-based art experience into early childhood settings, where children work together over multiple sessions to co-create a large collaborative artwork for your centre.
Designed for early learning centres, kindergartens, and childcare services, the program is fully guided from preparation through to final installation-ready artwork, making it simple for educators to host and meaningful for children to participate in.
What is a collaborative art program?
My collaborative art program is a structured, facilitated creative experience where groups of children work together to build a shared artwork over multiple sessions.
Unlike individual craft activities, this program focuses on:
- shared creative decision-making
- process-based exploration
- group contribution over time
- large-scale collaborative outcomes
The result is a finished artwork that reflects the collective participation of the children in your centre.
What children do during the program
Across the sessions, children explore a range of hands-on, process-based techniques, including:
- expressive painting with large tools
- pattern and texture exploration
- stamping, masking, and layering
- colour and visual mark making experimentation
- adding detail and finishing marks
Children move freely within shared creative spaces, contributing in ways that suit their age and confidence level.
Program structure
- 3 facilitated sessions (2 hours each)
- All materials provided and prepared in advance
- Children work in rotating, collaborative group setups
- Each session builds on the previous one
- Final artwork is completed and prepared for display within your centre
What you receive
Each program results in a large collaborative panel artwork designed for display within your early childhood environment.
The final piece:
- reflects the contributions of all participating children
- is professionally prepared and sealed for durability
- can be displayed indoors in your centre
- becomes a lasting visual feature of shared creativity
Optional formats may include modular panels depending on your space and installation preferences.
